Information we collect
- Account details: your name and email when you join.
- Telegram details: your Telegram user ID and username, to link your membership and manage VIP access.
- Verification details: your Exness account number, server, and a read-only investor password, used only to confirm your account is genuine. A read-only investor password can view the account only — it cannot place trades or make withdrawals.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor . We receive confirmation of payment; we do not store your card or crypto wallet credentials.
How we use it
- To provide and manage your membership and VIP access.
- To verify your broker account before approval.
- To process billing, send reminders, and provide support.
- To protect the service against fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the service: our database provider (Supabase), our payment processor , Telegram, and your broker (Exness) as our partner. We share only what is needed for these functions. We do not sell your data.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting essential data may end your membership.
Cookies & analytics
The site may use basic cookies or analytics to keep it working and understand usage. It does not use these to sell your data.
